1. Service description

We operate a taxi service offering Round Trip, One Way Drop, Outstation Package, Local Package and Local Rental services from Salem to destinations across South India — Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Puducherry and Andhra Pradesh — using Hatchback, Sedan and SUV vehicles. The exact vehicle make and model assigned to your booking may vary based on availability.

2. Booking & confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after we acknowledge it through the app, SMS, WhatsApp or a phone call.
• You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop locations, travel date, time and contact number.
• We reserve the right to decline a booking at our sole discretion (for example, if the route is unsafe, the vehicle category requested isn't available, or the booking appears fraudulent).

3. Fares & payment

• An estimated fare is displayed in the booking app at the time of booking, before you confirm. The estimate is calculated based on the trip details you enter.
• The final billable amount may vary from the estimate based on the actual route taken, distance covered, waiting time, tolls, parking, state permit and any other government-levied charges. Such variations will be communicated at the end of the trip.
• We accept Cash and UPI only. We do not currently process card or other online payments.
• This website does not display rates. Please open the booking app to see fare estimates.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel a booking through the app or by contacting us. Cancellations made well in advance of the pickup time are typically free; cancellations made close to or after the cab has been dispatched may attract a cancellation charge to cover dispatch costs. The applicable cancellation policy is shown in the booking app at the time of booking.

5. User responsibilities

• Be at the pickup point on time. Excess waiting (beyond a reasonable grace period) may attract waiting charges.
• Treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Smoking, consuming alcohol or carrying prohibited items in our vehicles is not permitted.
• You are liable for damage caused to the vehicle as a result of misuse, soiling or recklessness.
• The maximum number of passengers must not exceed the seating capacity of the vehicle (Hatchback / Sedan: 4 passengers, SUV: 6 passengers).

6. Driver & vehicle changes

We may substitute the assigned driver or vehicle (within the same category) due to operational reasons. We will notify you of any such change before the trip starts.

7. Delays & route changes

Estimated travel times shown anywhere on our service are indicative. Actual journey duration may vary due to traffic, weather, road conditions or other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for losses arising from such delays.

8. Liability

We take care to provide a safe service and our vehicles are commercially registered and insured as required by Indian law. Our liability is limited to the trip fare paid, except where higher liability is required under applicable law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as missed flights, missed events, or business losses) caused by delays.

9. Lost items

If you leave an item in our vehicle, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to recover and return it, but we are not responsible for items lost or left behind.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Salem, Tamil Nadu.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to book trips with us after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
