• Booking details: name, contact number, pickup and drop locations, travel date and time, vehicle category, and passenger count.
• Contact information: phone number (and, optionally, email address) provided when you book or call us.
• Location data: pickup and drop addresses you enter; the booking app may request approximate location to suggest pickup points (you can decline this).
• Communications: messages you send us via WhatsApp, phone, email, or in-app chat — kept for service quality and dispute resolution.
• Device and usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps) when you visit this website.

2. How we use it

• To confirm, dispatch and complete your booking.
• To share necessary trip details (pickup, contact number) with the assigned driver.
• To contact you about your booking — confirmations, cab details, delays, or cancellations.
• To address grievances, support requests and refund or cancellation queries.
• To improve our service, fleet allocation and route operations.
• To meet legal, tax, or regulatory obligations applicable in India.

3. Sharing your information

We share information only with parties involved in actually fulfilling your trip:

• Drivers and fleet partners assigned to your booking — limited to what is needed to pick you up and complete the trip.
• Service providers who help us operate the booking platform (e.g., hosting, SMS delivery). These providers process information only on our instructions.
• Authorities when required by Indian law, court order, or regulatory request.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Payments

We accept cash and UPI only. We do not store payment card details on our systems. UPI transfers happen directly between your UPI app and our account; we receive only confirmation that the payment was made.

5. Data retention

We retain booking and contact information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations. After that, the information is deleted or anonymised.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website uses minimal cookies — only those needed for the site to work. If we add analytics in the future (for example, to understand which pages are popular), we'll update this policy and disclose the tools used.

7. Your rights

• You can ask us what information we hold about you.
• You can ask us to correct information that's wrong or out of date.
• You can ask us to delete your information, subject to legal and tax retention obligations.
• You can withdraw consent for non-essential processing at any time by contacting us.

8. Children

Our service is intended for adults. Children may travel as passengers in a booking made by an adult, but we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Significant changes will also be notified through the booking app where appropriate.
